Gold Medal Ready Program

This presentation will provide an overview of the Australian Institute of Sport (AIS) Gold Medal Ready program which aims to improve the mental performance of our Australian athletes so they can perform at their best and have success at the Olympic and Paralympic Games.

Juliet will also discuss her role as one of 22 elite athletes from around the country, helping to raise awareness for mental health as a Lifeline Community Custodian. She will also outline the health benefits of hiking in nature which she promotes as an Ambassador for Coastrek (national team hiking challenge).

Juliet Haslam is a triple Olympian and 2 time Olympic gold medalist. Juliet was an integral member of the Hockeyroos, in what was an incredible era for this team.

Following a long career in business and marketing, Juliet now has her own business, J5 Consulting, focusing in the areas of Sports Consultancy, Business Management, Corporate Partnerships, Marketing and Corporate Speaking.

Juliet is currently working with the Australian Institute of Sport (AIS) as a Senior Consultant for the Gold Medal Ready Program, Sports Integrity Australia as a Clean Sport Educator and the Australian Olympic Committee as a Presenter for the Olympics Unleashed Program.
